S.O.G.I.E. Training — which stands for Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression — is an educational experience designed to help individuals and organizations better understand and support LGBTQIA+ people. This training breaks down the core concepts of identity, explores how gender and sexuality show up in everyday life, and addresses the barriers and discrimination many LGBTQIA+ individuals face, especially Black and Brown transgender and gender-expansive people.

People & Belonging Training is a transformational learning experience focused on building workplaces and community spaces where every person feels respected, valued, and able to show up authentically. Unlike traditional diversity trainings that stop at awareness, People & Belonging Training digs deeper — examining the everyday behaviors, systems, and culture that shape whether people truly feel included or excluded.
